Finance and Administration Director

• Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or similar.

• Demonstrable experience in administrative, accounting, and financial management.

• Experience in the hotel sector will be especially valued.

• Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, treasury, and bank reconciliations.

• Handling of accounting programs and good command of Excel.

• Organized, responsible, meticulous, and decisive person, with autonomy and coordination capacity.

✅ Remuneration of €49,800 gross per year + corresponding annual increase from the hospitality collective agreement.

✅ Permanent Contract.

✅ Continuous workday from 08:00 to 16:00 h.

✅ Vacation period approximately from December 1st to January 10th.

✅ Meals included during the season, from April to October.

✅ Responsibility position with autonomy and direct participation in the economic and administrative management of the hotel.

We are looking to hire an Administration Manager to be responsible for the administrative, accounting, and financial management for a hotel located in Calvià.

The selected person will play a key role in the economic control of the establishment, supervising daily administrative operations, accounting, treasury, and tax and labor obligations, in coordination with different departments and external collaborators.

💶 Hotel administration and control

• Control of daily cash registers for all departments, cash management, and performing reconciliations.

• Supervision of daily departmental closures and the general hotel closing.

• Control of daily billing and production, as well as monitoring inventories, stocks, and operating expenses.

📊 Accounting and financial management

• Management of the complete accounting cycle: entries, bank reconciliations, income, expenses, and monthly closings.

• Control of cash flow, preparation of treasury forecasts, and liquidity analysis.

• Monitoring of bank accounts and fund positions, as well as negotiating commissions and conditions with financial entities.

• Settlement and correct accounting imputation of company cards and other expenses.

🧾 Tax, labor, and documentary management

• Monitoring of periodic tax obligations and coordination with external tax advisory.

• Coordination with the labor advisory for the management of contracts, payroll, and Social Security.

• Control of payroll, vacations, holidays, and personnel incidents.

• Coordination with external occupational risk prevention and data protection companies.

• Document management and handling of AEAT requirements.
