What you'll get

Full-time position with two rotating shifts:

Week 1: Split shift - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Week 2: Continuous shift - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with a 30-minute lunch break).

Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Permanent contract.

The role

🚀Are you passionate about sales and the automotive world?

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive salesperson to join our sales team for new and used vehicles in Can Picafort.

What you'll do

- Advising and accompanying the customer throughout the entire purchasing process.

- Managing leads and providing in-person customer service at the dealership.

- Presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, and explaining financing options.

- Negotiating and closing deals.

- Post-sale follow-up.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
Residence in the Manacor area.
Negotiation skills and client orientation.
Knowledge of languages is a plus.
Proactive, resourceful profile with a clear commercial vocation.
