Fruit and Vegetable Warehouse Supervisor

• Organization and distribution of daily work in the warehouse.

• Coordination and supervision of personnel and assigned tasks.

• Control of stock for materials necessary for packaging: paper, labels, covers, and other materials, as well as cleaning products and materials.

• Supervision of the product packing and boxing process.

• Quality control, verifying that the packaged product is correct according to variety, caliber, and the requirements established by each client.

• Checking that the materials corresponding to each order or client are being used.

• Supervision of the correct order and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Verification that, at the end of the working day, the warehouse is left tidy, organized, and prepared for the next day.

• Resolution of incidents and support to the team during the development of activities.

• Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 18:30.

• Availability to work Saturdays during the campaign. It will not be necessary to work every Saturday, but rather according to production needs.

• Split shift.

• Salary according to the collective bargaining agreement.

• Temporary contract with the possibility of subsequent incorporation into the company and job stability.

• Basic training.

• Demonstrable experience in fruit and vegetable warehouses, especially performing sorting, packing, or machine operator tasks.

• Previous experience coordinating personnel and organizing tasks in similar positions will be valued.

• Organized, responsible, and proactive person.

• Leadership ability and ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to work in a team and manage different tasks simultaneously.

• Availability and flexibility during the campaign.
