Plumber

From Nortempo Selección we are looking for a First-Class Plumber for a solid company in the metal sector with a career plan. You will join a committed team, with clear procedures, adequate tools and technical support, to ensure the proper functioning of water supply and sanitation installations for clients.

What will your duties be?

-Diagnosis and resolution of faults in domestic hot water (DHW), domestic cold water (DCW), sanitation and hydraulic circuits (pressure groups, tanks, valves and pumps).

-Preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic networks and equipment, with leak testing and verification of flow rates/pressures.

-Assembly, replacement and repair of sections in copper, multilayer and PPR/PE, with brazing/soldering and clean finishes.

-Support in HVAC hydraulic networks (bleeding, leak detection and basic balancing), referring to HVAC when refrigeration is involved.

-Commissioning and reporting of interventions in the CRM, coordination with the team and planning of actions to minimize downtime.

-Permanent contract and continuity from the start.

-Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:30–15:30.

-Salary: €22,000–€30,000 gross/year, negotiable based on experience and performance.

-Career plan and ongoing training.

-First-Class tradesperson with proven experience in maintenance and repair of plumbing installations in industrial/building environments.

-Handling of DHW/DCW systems, pressure groups, drainage networks, valves and cutting elements.

-Welding/brazing (copper), multilayer, PPR/PE and threading.

-Reading of blueprints and schematics; safe use of hand and power tools.

- Driver's license.

-Valued: 20-hour health and safety training (PRL), forklift, work at height and elevated platform.

Desde Nortempo Selección buscamos un/a Fontanero/a Oficial de 1ª para empresa sólida del sector metal con plan de carrera. Te integrarás en un equipo comprometido, con procedimientos claros, herramientas adecuadas y apoyo técnico, para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones de agua y saneamiento en clientes.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

-Diagnóstico y resolución de averías en ACS/AFS, saneamiento y circuitos hidráulicos (grupos de presión, depósitos, válvulas y bombas).

-Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de redes y equipos hidráulicos, con pruebas de estanqueidad y verificación de caudales/presiones.

-Montaje, sustitución y reparación de tramos en cobre, multicapa y PPR/PE, con brasaje/soldadura y acabados limpios.

-Soporte en redes hidráulicas de climatización (purgados, detección de fugas y equilibrado básico), derivando a HVAC cuando intervenga la parte frigorífica.

-Puesta a punto y reporte de intervenciones en parte/CRM, coordinación con el equipo y planificación de actuaciones para minimizar paradas.

-Contrato indefinido y continuidad desde el inicio.

-Horario: lunes a viernes 07:30–15:30.

-Salario: 22.000–30.000 € brutos/año, a negociar según experiencia y valía.

-Plan de carrera y formación continua.

-Oficial de 1ª con experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento y reparación de instalaciones de fontanería en entornos industriales/edificios.

-Manejo de ACS/AFS, grupos de presión, redes de desagüe, válvulas y elementos de corte.

-Soldadura/brasaje (cobre), multicapa, PPR/PE y roscado.

-Lectura de planos y esquemas; uso seguro de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.

-Carnet de conducir.

-Valorable: PRL 20 h, carretilla, trabajos en altura y plataforma elevadora.
