Refrigeration Technician

From Nortempo Selección, we are looking for a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician for a company in the metal sector with career growth and development opportunities. You will join a committed team, where you will contribute your experience in industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat production, and continue to grow with training and technical support. What will your duties be?

- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat production systems.

- Preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with current protocols and regulations.

- Welding, refrigerant charging, and adjustments for optimal system start-up.

- Basic documentation review and reporting of interventions in a timely manner.

- Coordination with the team to plan actions and minimize downtime.

• Permanent contract and continuity from the start.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 15:30 (afternoons free).
• On-call shifts from home after the adaptation period, with payment for availability and for the hours of each intervention (usually in industrial environments). - Salary: €22,000–€30,000 gross/year, negotiable based on experience and skills.

• Demonstrable experience in maintenance and repair of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat production systems.
• Valid fluorinated gas handler certificate.

- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics; proficiency in welding, fluid charging, and system start-up.

• Valid driver's license and availability for on-call shifts (after an adaptation period).
• Valuable: 20-hour occupational risk prevention (PRL) training, forklift license, working at heights, and aerial platform certification.

Desde Nortempo Selección buscamos un/a Frigorista Técnico/a de Mantenimiento para empresa del sector metal con recorrido y plan de carrera. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

-Diagnóstico y resolución de averías en sistemas de refrigeración, climatización y producción de calor.

-Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo conforme a protocolos y normativa vigente.

-Soldadura, carga de refrigerantes y ajustes para la óptima puesta en marcha.

-Revisión documental básica y reporte de intervenciones en tiempo y forma.

-Coordinación con el equipo para planificar actuaciones y minimizar paradas.

• Contrato indefinido y continuidad desde el inicio.
• Horario: lunes a viernes de 07:30 a 15:30 (tardes libres).
• Guardias localizadas desde casa tras periodo de adaptación, con pago por disponibilidad y horas de la intervención (habitualmente en entornos industriales). - Salario: 22.000–30.000 € brutos/año, a negociar según experiencia y valía.
• Plan de carrera y formación continua.
• Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.

• Experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento y reparación de refrigeración, climatización y producción de calor.
• Carnet de manipulador de gases fluorados en vigor.

-Lectura de planos y esquemas técnicos; solvencia en soldadura, carga de fluidos y puesta a punto.

• Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para guardias localizadas (tras periodo de adaptación).
• Valorable: PRL 20 h, carretilla, trabajos en altura y plataforma elevadora.
