Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Vocational Training (FP2) or Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training (CFGM/CFGS) in Mechanics, Electricity, Industrial Refrigeration/Air Conditioning, or Maintenance of thermal and fluid installations.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years autonomously performing installation, repair, and refrigeration maintenance functions.
Hard Skills / Tools: Professional certification as a refrigeration technician, valid fluorinated gas handling license, Basic Level OSH (PRL) course (50h/60h), and notions of PLC diagnosis.
Soft Skills: High capacity for route self-management, on-site incident resolution, and documentary rigor.

What you'll get

Stable contractual conditions with a salary band of €30,000 to €38,000 gross per year, plus full reimbursement of per diems, on-call shifts, and standby duties (low activation frequency).
Company vehicle from day one for operational travel and maximum technical independence.

The role

An industrial engineering and installations company is expanding its operational structure in the Barcelona delegation to support the continuous growth of the office and its industrial client portfolio. You will join a consolidated technical department, assuming, following an initial onboarding and support period, a role of maximum autonomy in the field to ensure the efficiency of critical infrastructures in the area.

What you'll do

You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on indoor and outdoor units of industrial plants.
You will perform mechanical work oriented towards the inspection of refrigeration compressors and solve faults in electrical installations.
You will manage the diagnosis and resolution of problems in complex refrigeration systems, interacting on a basic level with automation systems (PLCs) for fault reading.
You will handle regulatory control and documentary management of refrigerant gases, justifying work reports and coordinating activities with the property owner.
