The role

At Grupo Nortempo, a company specialized in integral human resources management with more than 30 years of experience, we are looking to hire Warehouse Operators with experience in forklift handling for an important company located in Villanueva del Trabuco (Málaga).

We are looking for responsible, dynamic, and committed people, with experience in logistics environments and the desire to be part of a project with real possibilities for continuity and professional growth.

What you'll do

The selected person will be in charge of the operational tasks of the warehouse, guaranteeing the correct management and movement of goods, as well as the maintenance of order and efficiency in logistics processes.

Loading and unloading of goods using a forklift.
Stacking and placement of materials in the warehouse.
Reconstruction and conditioning of pallets.
Preparing orders and shipments.
Organization and maintenance of the warehouse.
Collaboration in general logistics and storage tasks.
Compliance with established safety and quality standards.

How you'll work

Rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night, with weekly rotation.

Working days from Monday to Sunday in a 5th shift system, combining planned working and rest periods:

7 days worked and 5 days off.

7 days worked and 4 days off.
