From Nortempo, we are looking to hire Maintenance Operatives (m/f)al for a company located in Madrid. We are looking for a versatile, resourceful person eager to learn, capable of combining basic facility maintenance tasks with occasional support in administrative duties and customer service.

What you'll do

· Cleaning and general maintenance of facilities, hallways, restrooms, storage rooms, and outdoor areas
· Performing small maintenance repairs (painting, locks, lighting, etc.)
· Basic control and maintenance of facilities
· Occasional office support during the commercial team's vacations
· In-person and telephone customer service
· Occasional travel in a company vehicle for material management, restocking, or support between locations

How you'll work
