About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager for building and facility renovation in Madrid, whose mission will be to prepare budgets/tenders for different projects and carry out the technical and economic follow-up of awarded works.

What you'll do

  1. Budgets: Prepare budgets and work measurements.
  2. Planning and organization: Develop the work plan (schedule). Coordinate human resources, materials, and machinery. Establish execution phases and priorities.
  3. Technical management: Supervise the correct execution of works. Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations. Control quality and execution deadlines. Manage technical documentation.
  4. Economic control: Control the work budget. Manage certifications and measurements. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
