About the role

At Nubestic, managing a project is not about moving dates or updating schedules: it is about ensuring the team grows, the client moves forward, and every delivery meets our quality standard.

We are looking for professionals with demonstrable experience leading Salesforce implementation projects, capable of coordinating teams, governing scope, anticipating risks, and making sound decisions. This role requires having lived through Salesforce projects from the inside: discovery, design, build, UAT, releases, adoption, and transition to support.

What you'll do

  • Team Lead — You lead a technical or functional team, track performance, and support people's professional development. You ensure the team receives useful feedback, stays focused, and grows in quality, autonomy, and judgment.
  • Project Manager — You manage complete Salesforce projects according to our delivery model. You coordinate multidisciplinary teams, govern scope, manage risks, and ensure quality, timelines, and client alignment.
  • Plan and execute Salesforce implementation projects, applying our model based on the Salesforce Adaptive Delivery Framework.
  • Govern scope, defend the project baseline, and activate change control when required.
  • Coordinate releases and sprints, oversee quality gates, and manage client approvals.
  • Ensure project progress from the initial discovery and design phases through UAT, deployment, and transition to support.
  • Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, expectations, and the operational relationship with the client: committees, follow-ups, validations, and decision-making.
  • Support the professional development of the team, especially in Team Lead positions, helping to consolidate judgment, autonomy, and quality in delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable experience managing Salesforce implementation projects in consulting or professional services environments.
  • Real experience coordinating technical and/or functional teams on Salesforce projects, not just administrative task management or scheduling.
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration/development, integrations, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Ability to understand both functional and technical conversations, anticipate risks, and make informed decisions together with consultants, architects, and the client.
  • Familiarity with delivery models that combine formal architecture, scope control, and iterative sprint execution.
  • Leadership skills, expectation management, conflict resolution, and a clear focus on delivery quality.

Important

This position requires prior, demonstrable experience in Salesforce projects. If your main experience is in IT project management in other technologies, but you have not played a significant role in Salesforce implementations, this may not be the best fit for this role at this time.

Nice to have

  • We value experience with the Salesforce Adaptive Delivery Framework or equivalent models.

What you'll get

  • Real flexibility: flexible schedule and hybrid or 100% remote modality from Spain.
  • Your time matters: intensive workdays on Fridays and during the summer months.
  • Well-being: private health and dental insurance.
  • Structured growth: career plan based on our Career Framework, with defined levels, tracks, and specializations.
  • Training and certifications: payment of official certifications and continuous training plan.
  • Boutique environment: quality projects, small teams, and your work with direct impact on the outcome.

How you'll work

  • Preferably based in Bilbao. Other locations: Pamplona, Madrid, and Barcelona.
  • Flexible hybrid model: if you live in Bilbao or nearby, you will combine office and remote work. If you live elsewhere, the position is 100% remote.
