Solutions Builder (Tech & Engineering Focus)

At Nubestic we are not looking for static profiles, but for people in full evolution. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience who already masters advanced configuration and enjoys the world of programming. This is the ideal place if you already build solutions autonomously, but want to decide where to take your career: toward high-level technical specialization or toward advanced development and architecture.

Your main missions

• Building and configuration: you will implement complete functionalities from start to finish, with growing autonomy project by project.
• Technical resolution: you will be in charge of resolving common technical issues, learning to identify the root cause of the problem.
• Technical hybridization: you will master declarative tools (Flows) while diving into development with Apex and LWC.
• Guided evolution: you will work alongside Senior profiles and Architects who will help you define your professional vocation.

Your stack and tools

• Declarative Salesforce configuration: Flows, objects, permissions.
• Development in Apex and LWC.
• Fundamentals of integrations and APIs.

Your profile

• Between 2 and 3 years of real experience on the Salesforce platform.
• You do not need constant supervision for day-to-day tasks.
• Solid foundation in configuration and motivation to develop quality code.
• We value certifications such as Platform Developer I or App Builder, and above all your curiosity to keep learning.

Location and modality

Hub in Bilbao or 100% remote from Spain. Flexible hybrid: if you live in Bilbao or nearby, you will combine office and remote work according to your preference. If you live outside, the position is 100% remote within Spanish territory.
