Senior Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect

At Nubestic we are looking for professionals who can sit down with a client and design the future of their business on Salesforce. If you are passionate about translating business problems into viable technical solutions, leading the definition phase, and actively participating in pre-sales, this is your position.

Your main missions

• Lead discovery workshops and functional definition sessions with clients.
• Design end-to-end multicloud solutions, ensuring they are scalable, viable, and profitable.
• Build commercial proposals: scope definition, estimation, functional architecture, and implementation approach.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to validate the feasibility of the proposed solution.
• Support the delivery team in the transition from proposal to project, ensuring consistency.
• Act as the client-facing point of reference during the discovery and proposal phases, building trust with business and technical stakeholders.

Your stack and tools

• Salesforce multicloud: Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Industries.
• Data Cloud and data architecture.
• Integration patterns and knowledge of MuleSoft.

Your profile

• Demonstrable track record designing complex Salesforce solutions with a multicloud focus.
• Hybrid business-technical profile: able to discuss ROI and processes in the morning and data architecture in the afternoon.
• Full autonomy in designing solutions from start to finish.
• Pre-sales experience: scope definition, estimation, commercial proposal.
• We value certifications as a Consultant (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and as an Architect (Application Architect, Solution Architect).

Location and modality

Hub in Bilbao or 100% remote from Spain. Flexible hybrid: if you live in Bilbao or nearby, you will combine office and remote work according to your preference. If you live outside, the position is 100% remote within Spanish territory.
