The role

We are growing fast - multiple entities, new offices, increasing complexity - and the financial infrastructure needs to keep pace. We need someone to join, take full ownership of the numbers, and bring order to that chaos. Define the processes that do not yet exist. Build the consistency and predictability the business needs to scale. Set up the financial infrastructure of a multi-entity group from scratch. This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role - not a reporting function inserted into an existing structure.

You will consolidate financial data across entities, build the internal processes that keep the group running, and oversee everything from payroll and vendor payments to client invoicing, direct debits, and debt recovery. You will produce monthly reporting for management and be the person who ensures nothing slips through the cracks - both at a group level and for individual clients. Total autonomy, total responsibility.

What you'll do

  • Consolidate data across multiple entities and keep everything organized, accurate, and up to date

  • Define and implement internal financial processes - payroll, vendor payments, and invoice management - from scratch when necessary

  • Oversee client-facing financial processes - invoicing, direct debits, collections, debt recovery

  • Monitor group budget and spending, controlling costs and aligning priorities

  • Oversee financial forecasts - short and medium term - and maintain a clear vision of where the business is headed

  • Define, track, and report the KPIs that matter - at both group and individual client levels

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting for the founders and management - reliable, clear, and on time

  • Integrate financial data from new offices as we expand - ensuring consistency and accuracy from day one

  • Manage intercompany relationships and transactions

  • Monitor cash flow, flag risks in advance, and maintain the financial health of the business at all times

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial workflows and tools

How you'll work

Full-time

Preferred locations: A Coruña, Mérida, Teruel. Remote work will be considered for the ideal candidate.

Additional information

We are a team that values action over analysis and impact over effort. Some things that define us:

  • Curiosity is rewarded. We ask why, we question assumptions, and we are always looking for a better way to do things. The best ideas win, regardless of where they come from.

  • Test, learn, repeat. We formulate a hypothesis, move fast, and learn from the result. Experimentation is part of how we operate.

  • Data over opinions. We back decisions with evidence. This sharpens thinking, improves results, and builds trust across the team.

  • Meritocracy. Hard work and results are recognized and rewarded. Your growth here is determined by your impact, not your seniority.

  • Proactivity is everything. We don't wait to be asked. We spot what needs to be done and we do it.

If you are looking for a predictable routine and a clearly defined path, this is not the right place for you. If you want to build something that truly matters, move fast, and grow alongside a team that demands a high standard - we want to meet you.
