Backend Developer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aforementioned tasks/responsibilities, with at least 2 in a senior role with real autonomy over design and technical decisions.
• Advanced PHP.
• Advanced SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Linux as a usual work environment (production): server administration, systemd, permissions, networks, diagnostics with journalctl, ss, top/htop, and Bash scripting.
• REST APIs: versioning, idempotency, authentication, contract design, and backward compatibility with already deployed mobile clients.
• Proficiency with Git in team workflows.
• Fullstack (Bootstrap 5 + backend).
• Ability to perform integrations with third-party APIs.
• Capacity for analysis and design of scalable solutions.
• Experience with high-concurrency architectures.
• Autonomy in identifying bugs or areas for improvement.
• Proactive.

🔝Anything else that adds value?

• Docker and Kubernetes: building images, writing manifests, understanding Services, Ingress, probes, resource limits, and deployment strategies.
• Go in production: concurrency (goroutines, channels, context), REST API design, idiomatic error handling, and testing.
• Native Android and/or iOS.

Do you want to be one of our pilots and be part of the change?

Your mission will be to develop and maintain the backend of BatOnRoute (our own product), creating scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that ensure the proper functioning and evolution of the platform.

And the project, what does it consist of? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the

functions you will participate in are:

• Developing and maintaining backend applications in PHP.
• Designing and optimizing SQL databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL).
• Creating and maintaining REST APIs and integrations with third parties.
• Participating in the design of scalable solutions with high concurrency.
• Administering and resolving incidents in Linux environments.
• Collaborating with the team using Git and carrying out specific frontend developments with Bootstrap 5.
