Industry 4.0 Project Manager

• Desirable: 2-3 years of experience in industrial software project management. 
• Minimum qualification: Higher Engineering Degree or Higher Degree
• Additional required qualifications: PMP or PRINCE2, English B2
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies: agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional ones (PRINCE2).
• That you have the capacity for Team management, coordination, and leadership of multifunctional teams, including developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of systems integration. 
• Practical knowledge of tools and technologies relevant to the development and management of industrial software.
• Team Management: Experience in the coordination and leadership of multifunctional teams, including developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
• Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve conflicts within the team effectively.

Your mission will be the implementation of integral technology solutions in different projects with clients.

And what does the project consist of? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the functions you will participate in are: 

1. Project Planning: Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the project. Create a detailed plan that includes schedules, milestones, and necessary resources.
2. Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met. Implement quality controls and risk management.
3. Communication: Maintain fluid communication with all stakeholders, including the development team, clients, and senior management. Facilitate periodic meetings and status reports.
4. Requirements Gathering: Work with clients and stakeholders to understand and document industrial software requirements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
5. Validation and Prioritization: Ensure that requirements are complete, consistent, and aligned with the strategic business objectives. Prioritize requirements according to their importance and value.
6. Financial Management: Create and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits.
7. Resource Optimization: Optimize the use of resources to maximize efficiency and minimize costs without compromising quality.
8. Risk Identification: Identify potential risks that could affect the success of the project.
9. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement mitigation plans to reduce or eliminate identified risks.
