Your mission will be to be responsible for the mechanical design of facilities, machines, and systems.

During commissioning, in addition to the corresponding part of the programs, you will carry out electrical and signal tests and adjust electronic devices (such as drives, controllers, etc.). You will be responsible for coordinating commissioning with the client.

And what does the project involve? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the duties you will take part in are:

What you'll do

  • Layout design, machine design, and installation drawings.
  • Design of machine components: General design, assemblies, part drawings, etc.
  • Design of the machine's/facility's pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Selection of special equipment, drafting their specifications.
  • Piping diagrams.
  • Mechanical, structural, strength, dimensional calculations, interference checks, etc.
  • Capacity and cycle time studies for the facility.
  • Follow-up of construction, implementation, and commissioning.
  • Collaboration with the pre-sales team in preparing studies.
  • Preparation of final work documentation, such as: test sheets, completing material lists, sketching modifications to installation diagrams, etc.

🌟 What are we looking for?

  • Professional level: Industrial Engineering/Technical Industrial Engineering, preferably mechanical.
  • Knowledge and advanced proficiency in Solid Works and Autocad.
  • Advanced knowledge of electropneumatics.
  • Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate highly complex projects.
  • Availability to travel within the Iberian Peninsula.
  • Minimum experience of 5-10 years in machine design is required.
  • Personal initiative, ability to work in a team and integrate into our workshop team.
  • Communication skills with both other departments and clients.
  • Driving license.
