- Minimum qualification: Vocational Training (FP) in electricity and electronics / Vocational Training (FP) in IT

- Knowledge of microcomputing, electronics, networks, etc.

- Experience in the IT sector related to printing systems.

The role

What you'll do

Your mission will be to assist with our customers' technical incidents.

And what does the project consist of? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the functions you will participate in are:

- Resolve technical requests in the MPS (Managed Print Services) area

- N1 and N2 Technician.

- Resolution and reporting of requests in the management tool.

- Creation of technical manuals and protocols.

- Optimization of repair costs.

- Installation, configuration, and repair of printing devices.

- Workshop repairs.

- Remote technical assistance.

- Requesting the spare parts necessary to resolve the incident.
