You must have knowledge of:

• networks and active directory
• Office 365, macros, and add-ins
• hardware and general IT
• managing the department budget, warranties, consumables stock, and corporate purchasing
• It is also necessary that you have a good level of English, both written and spoken.

Your mission will be to provide IT support to users to ensure the proper functioning of systems and equipment.

And what does the project involve? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the functions you will participate in are:

• Resolving incidents and technical problems.
• Installing and configuring equipment and software.
• Maintaining and updating systems.
• Managing networks and servers.
• Providing remote and on-site assistance to users.
• Documenting and tracking incidents.
• Coordinating with other departments to solve complex problems.
