WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE? 🕵🏻

Drive logistics transformation projects that improve the operation and organization of our Warehouses, working closely with other teams. You will be a key figure in the definition and implementation of new ways of working, optimizing processes, layouts, flows, and resources to achieve operational excellence.


WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?🔧:

  • Lead logistics transformation projects aimed at optimizing the organization of our warehouses, driving improvements in processes, flows, productivity, and operational excellence in collaboration with team leaders.

  • Design, implement, and standardize supply and logistics operations processes, ensuring the proper functioning of activities such as planning, receiving, replenishment, reservations, goods management, transportation, and inventory control, promoting continuous improvement through Lean methodologies.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with the different areas of the Supply Chain, ensuring efficient information management and collaborating with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Works, and other teams on the development and implementation of strategic projects.

  • Analyze the logistics needs of our warehouses, proposing solutions that optimize the use of spaces, layouts, handling resources, suppliers, and logistics resources, ensuring safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

  • Support teams during the implementation of new projects, promoting training, monitoring of KPIs, change management, and the consolidation of best practices, contributing to the development of the organization and the continuous improvement of the warehouse network.

WHO IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? 🤩

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of experience leading process redesign, layout, or operational flow projects.

  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and/or Operational Excellence.

  • Fluent English level to collaborate on international projects.

  • Availability for occasional travel to our Warehouses.
