WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?

You will report to the Store Manager and be part of the Management Committee.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the results of the Plumbing Fit-out Sector by leading your Team, meeting commitments to the Customer regarding Price, Stock, and Purchasing Efficiency.

YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your duties will be:

Selecting, developing, motivating, and leading the people in your team, in line with the company's values.

Ensuring the health and safety conditions of your team, setting an example in the application of legal regulations.

Adapting, planning, and implementing commercial actions in accordance with the commercial policy and store guidelines, while applying category management logic for the product families in your department.

Driving sales, welcoming and serving customers through your team, and monitoring the competition.

Managing the supply of your department and ensuring proper stock rotation.

¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN?

Reportarás al Director/a del Almacén y formarás parte del Comité de Dirección.

Te encargarás de asegurar la satisfacción del Cliente y el desarrollo de los resultados del Sector de Acondicionamiento Fontanería a través de la animación de su Equipo, cumpliendo los compromisos con el Cliente, de Precio, Stock y Eficacia en la compra.

Seleccionar, desarrollar, motivar y liderar a las personas de tu equipo, según los valores de la empresa.

Garantizar las condiciones de seguridad y salud de tu Equipo siendo ejemplar en la aplicación de la normativa legal.

Adaptar, planificar y realizar las Acciones Comerciales de acuerdo con la Política Comercial y del Almacén, aplicando y adaptando las lógicas de implantación de las Familias del Sector.

Animar la venta, la acogida y atención del cliente por parte del equipo, y el seguimiento de la competencia.

Realizar el aprovisionamiento de tu Sector y garantizar una rotación de stock adecuada.
