You will be the person responsible for coordinating the workshop and the warehouse, managing the human and material resources necessary to ensure that assembly and logistics tasks are executed efficiently, in an orderly manner, and meeting established quality standards. Your work will have a direct impact on the smooth running of daily activities and on the satisfaction of both the team and the customers. 🔧 What will you do in your day-to-day? 👥 Lead and coordinate the workshop work team. 📊 Manage aspects related to personnel: efficiency control, clocking in/out, permits, and daily organization. ✅ Supervise and optimize assembly work. 🏗️ Guarantee that processes and procedures are executed correctly. 📦 Organize the warehouse and ensure material control. 🛒 Manage purchasing and procurement needs. 🚚 Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods. 📋 Control the documentation associated with the entry and exit of material. 🧰 Participate in practical maintenance tasks and small repairs when necessary. 🦺 Ensure the order, safety, and productivity of the facilities. 👀 What are we looking for? ✅ Essential Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager, Workshop Foreman, or a similar position in an industrial environment. Experience in team management and coordination of operational personnel. Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and assembly processes.
