At OCA Global, a leading international group in inspection, testing, certification and consultancy, we are looking for a Technical Engineer / Technical Architect OCT – Building with experience in OCT environments to join our team. 🎯 Your mission: you will take on a role with real impact in the field, moving away from day-to-day routine through the autonomous management of your assignments and technical visits.

Your day-to-day with us will be full of energy. These are the tasks where you will leave your mark:

• Lead the supervision and regulatory control of projects: You will carry out a detailed analysis of new-build and existing building projects to ensure regulatory compliance, making sure that every design phase meets the highest quality standards.

• Ensure structural stability and technical prevention: You will perform calculations and review complex structures, applying your expert knowledge to anticipate issues, mitigate risks and ensure the durability of the works.

• Carry out technical control visits with real impact: You will travel to the different construction sites in the province to verify on site the correct execution and precise control of materials, turning the projected plans into fully safe realities.

• Issue trusted technical certification and reports: You will validate and prepare OCT, waterproofing and installations reports, becoming the essential technical endorsement for activating decennial insurance and providing complete peace of mind to developers and future users.

🛠️ Essential requirements:

More than a rigid list of demands, we understand these points as the technical tools you will need to succeed in your daily tasks:

• Solid technical background in the sector: A degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or Technical Architecture, suitable for naturally understanding the complexity of structures and regulations on each site.

• Consolidated field experience: At least 2 years in similar roles in OCT environments or construction companies, providing you with the agility and ease needed to solve technical challenges with full autonomy from day one.

• Management autonomy and mobility: A driving licence to arrange your travel to the different construction sites with total freedom and flexibility.

• Holistic technical safety vision: We will highly value any specialization in occupational risk prevention (PRL) or experience in Health and Safety Coordination, as it will allow you to add a 360-degree perspective to every visit.

• Agile and collaborative mindset: Your analytical skills, decision-making agility and effective communication will be your best assets to interact with clients and coordinate with an excellent technical team.

🎯 Tu misión: asumirás un rol con un gran impacto real sobre el terreno, alejándote de la rutina diaria a través de la gestión autónoma de tus misiones y visitas técnicas.

Tu día a día con nosotros estará lleno de dinamismo. Estas son las misiones donde dejarás tu huella:

• Liderar la supervisión y el control normativo de proyectos: Analizarás detalladamente proyectos de Edificación de obra nueva y edificios existentes para garantizar el cumplimiento reglamentario, asegurando que cada fase del diseño cumpla con los máximos estándares de calidad.

• Garantizar la estabilidad estructural y la prevención técnica: Realizarás el cálculo y la revisión de estructuras complejas, aplicando tus conocimientos expertos para anticipar incidencias, mitigar riesgos y asegurar la durabilidad de las obras.

• Realizar visitas técnicas de control con impacto real: Te desplazarás a las diferentes obras de la provincia para verificar in situ la correcta ejecución y el control preciso de los materiales, transformando los planos proyectados en realidades totalmente seguras.

• Emitir certificaciones e informes técnicos de confianza: Validarás y redactarás informes de OCT, estanqueidad e instalaciones, convirtiéndote en el aval técnico indispensable para la activación de seguros decenales y aportando total tranquilidad a promotoras y futuros usuarios

🛠️ Requisitos esenciales:

Más que una lista rígida de exigencias, entendemos estos puntos como las herramientas técnicas que necesitarás para triunfar en tus misiones diarias:

• Sólida base técnica en el sector: Formación en Ingeniería de Edificación, Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura Técnica, idónea para comprender de manera natural la complejidad de las estructuras y normativas de cada obra.

• Experiencia consolidada en el terreno: Al menos 2 años desempeñando funciones similares en entornos OCT o constructoras, lo que te aportará la agilidad y soltura necesarias para resolver retos técnicos con total autonomía desde el primer día.

• Autonomía de gestión y movilidad: Carnet de conducir para organizar tus desplazamientos a las diferentes obras con total libertad y flexibilidad.

• Visión técnica de seguridad integral: Valoraremos muy positivamente si aportas especialización en PRL o experiencia en Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud, ya que te permitirá sumar una perspectiva de 360 grados en cada visita.

• Mentalidad ágil y colaborativa: Tu capacidad analítica, agilidad en la toma de decisiones y comunicación efectiva serán tus mejores aliados para interactuar con clientes y coordinarte con un equipo técnico excelente.
