Project engineer for activities and fire safety regulations - Penedès Engineering

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Drafting of activity permits and fire safety projects.
• Assessment of fire protection and environmental requirements according to applicable regulations.
• Verification of regulatory compliance of existing facilities and definition of the technical requirements needed for their adaptation.
• Visits to client facilities to collect data.
• Preparation of drawings, reports, and technical calculations.
• Full management of the process through to submission to the relevant authorities.
• Coordination and direct liaison with clients and official bodies.

• Permanent contract with a well-established engineering firm in a growth phase.
• Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with flexible start and end times. Shortened hours on Fridays and throughout July/August.

Engineering firm specialized in the development of industrial and logistics building projects and associated urban development. Offices located in the Penedès region.

• Degree in engineering (industrial or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in activity permits and fire safety projects, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in the RSCIEI and CTE-DB-SI regulations.
• Valuable: knowledge of environmental regulations, Law 20/2009 and Law 18/2020.
• Knowledge of APQ, ATEX, industrial wastewater discharge permits, and IPS will be valued.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Penedès area or surrounding region.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work autonomously, organizational skills, and professional interaction with clients and authorities.
• English proficiency will be valued.

En dependencia del Director Técnico, te responsabilizarás de las siguientes tareas:

• Redacción de proyectos de actividades y proyectos contra incendios.
• Evaluación de los requerimientos de protección contra incendios y de medioambiente según normativa aplicable.
• Verificación del cumplimiento normativo de la instalación existente y definición de los requisitos técnicos necesarios para su adaptación.
• Visitas a las instalaciones de los clientes para la toma de datos.
• Elaboración de planos, memorias y cálculos técnicos.
• Gestión completa del proceso hasta la presentación ante las administraciones pertinentes.
• Coordinación y trato directo con clientes y organismos oficiales.

• Contrato estable en ingeniería contrastada en el sector y en fase de crecimiento.
• Horario de 8:00 - 17:30h con flexibilidad de entrada y salida. Intensiva viernes y todo el mes de julio/agosto.
• Posibilidad de teletrabajar en formato híbrido.

Empresa de ingeniería especializada en desarrollo de proyectos de edificación industrial y logística y del desarrollo urbanístico asociado. Oficinas ubicadas en la comarca de El Penedès.

• Formación en ingeniería (industrial o similar).
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en proyectos de actividades e incendios, preferiblemente en sector industrial.
• Dominio de AutoCAD.
• Dominio del las normativas RSCIEI y CTE-DB-SI.
• Valorable dominio de normativa ambiental, Ley 20/2009 y Ley 18/2020.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en APQ, ATEX, permisos de vertidos de aguas residuales, IPS.
• Residencia o disponibilidad de cambio de residencia a la zona del Penedès o alrededores.
• Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
• Capacidad de autonomía, organización y trato profesional con clientes y administraciones.
• Se valorará dominio del inglés.
