PSV Engineer

At OCA Global we want to bring on board a PSV Engineer to collaborate on the technical shutdown of the Repsol Refinery in Tarragona, within the petroleum site.

You will be part of the technical team responsible for ensuring that nothing is left to chance during one of the most critical phases of the facility.

You will analyse, review and validate the PSVs during the technical shutdown, ensuring their correct operation in accordance with the client's regulations and procedures.

You will review technical documentation, reports and test results to ensure the traceability, quality and reliability of each action carried out.

You will work directly on site, coordinating with other technical and operational teams to meet demanding deadlines without compromising safety.

You will ensure that all actions comply with industrial safety standards and the technical requirements of the oil & gas environment.

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical or similar): necessary to interpret PSV technical and regulatory criteria.

• Experience with safety valves (PSV): key to working with autonomy in a technical shutdown environment.

• Knowledge of the industrial/refinery environment: this will allow you to adapt quickly to the pace and demands of the project.

• Availability for 12-hour shifts during technical shutdown: essential to cover the project's operational needs.

• Ability to work under pressure and a results-driven approach: essential in environments where deadlines are critical.

En OCA Global queremos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a PSV para colaborar en la parada técnica de la Refinería de Repsol en Tarragona, dentro del site de petróleo.

Formarás parte del equipo técnico responsable de garantizar que nada quede al azar durante una de las fases más críticas de la instalación.

Analizarás, revisarás y validarás las PSV durante la parada técnica, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento conforme a normativa y procedimientos del cliente.

Revisarás documentación técnica, informes y resultados de pruebas para asegurar la trazabilidad, calidad y fiabilidad de cada actuación realizada.

Trabajarás directamente en el site, coordinándote con otros equipos técnicos y operativos para cumplir plazos exigentes sin comprometer la seguridad.

Velarás porque todas las actuaciones cumplan los estándares de seguridad industrial y los requisitos técnicos del entorno oil & gas.

• Formación en Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica o similar): necesaria para interpretar criterios técnicos y normativos de PSV.

• Experiencia en válvulas de seguridad (PSV): clave para desenvolverte con autonomía en un entorno de parada técnica.

• Conocimiento del entorno industrial / refinería: te permitirá adaptarte rápidamente al ritmo y exigencia del proyecto.

• Disponibilidad para turnos de 12h durante parada técnica: fundamental para cubrir las necesidades operativas del proyecto.

• Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y orientación a resultados: imprescindible en entornos donde los plazos son críticos.

• Proyecto técnico de alto valor en una de las principales refinerías del país.
