Industrial Operator - Non-Destructive Testing

• Execute and provide support in technical field inspections to ensure the maximum integrity of industrial structures, which will allow you to learn from the inside how the most advanced techniques in the sector work.

• Provide agility and proactivity during plant operations to guarantee that projects meet the required safety deadlines, which will position you as a vital, trusted piece of the team.

• Adapt to industry rhythms by working in different time slots to provide continuity to critical testing, which will provide you with a 100% dynamic day-to-day where monotony does not exist.

What would we like to see in your profile? More than requirements, these are the elements that will help you succeed and feel comfortable in this position:

• Availability to work shifts (morning, afternoon, and night): Industry does not stop, and your flexibility will be key to covering the needs of the project in Bilbao.

• Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO): This is the necessary foundation so that you can agilely assimilate the technical and safety processes that we will teach you.

• Driver's license: You will need it to travel with autonomy and agility to the different industrial facilities.

• Motivation and a proactive mindset: We want you to come with a real desire to contribute, to ask what you do not know, and to bring energy to the group.

• We would love it (though it is not exclusive): If you bring a Vocational Training (FP) in Welding or Metal Construction. If you have it, you will start with a great advantage in understanding the anatomy of the materials we inspect.

• Learning and camaraderie in your veins: You will be backed by a veteran technical team that will teach you the profession for real. Here, if you have the desire to learn, we have the desire to teach.

• Autonomy and field work: Forget about being locked within four walls; your day-to-day will be on-site, in constant movement, and overcoming new challenges.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil? Más que exigencias, estos son los elementos que te ayudarán a triunfar y a sentirte a gusto en esta posición:

• Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnos (mañana, tarde y noche): La industria no se detiene, y tu flexibilidad será clave para dar cobertura a las necesidades del proyecto en Bilbao.

• Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO): Es la base necesaria para que puedas asimilar ágilmente los procesos técnicos y de seguridad que te enseñaremos.

• Carnet de conducir: Lo necesitarás para desplazarte con autonomía y agilidad a las diferentes instalaciones industriales.

• Motivación y gen proactivo: Queremos que vengas con ganas reales de sumar, de preguntar lo que no sepas y de aportar energía al grupo.

• Nos encantaría (aunque no es excluyente): Que aportes una FP en Soldadura o Construcciones Metálicas. Si la tienes, partirás con una gran ventaja para entender la anatomía de los materiales que inspeccionamos.

• Aprendizaje y compañerismo en vena: Estarás respaldado por un equipo técnico veterano que te enseñará la profesión de verdad. Aquí, si tú tienes ganas de aprender, nosotros tenemos ganas de enseñar.

• Autonomía y trabajo de campo: Olvídate de estar encerrado entre cuatro paredes; tu día a día estará a pie de obra, en constante movimiento y superando nuevos retos.
