We at OCA Global are looking for a Junior Building Facilities Technician to strengthen our Inspection and Technical Control team in the building area, with a focus on supervising and verifying electrical, thermal, sanitary and HVAC systems.

🚀 Your purpose at OCA Global

Your mission will be to learn and participate in the verification of technical compliance, safety and energy efficiency of building services in the construction projects we support.
You will collaborate with architects, engineering consultancies and developers to ensure that every building system complies with the Technical Building Code (CTE), regulatory standards and sector best practices, always supported by the team.

You will join the technical team at OCA Global, progressively developing your technical judgement in the verification, control and validation of building systems, supported by experienced professionals in an environment of continuous learning.

What you'll do

🎯 Your main responsibilities

  • Participate in the supervision and verification of electrical, thermal, sanitary, HVAC and fire-protection systems, ensuring they comply with approved projects and the legislation in force.

  • Support the review of technical documentation: documents, drawings, certificates, testing protocols and applicable regulations.

  • Carry out site inspections alongside the team, identifying deviations and learning how to propose corrective actions.

  • Contribute to drafting clear, structured technical reports, incorporating conclusions and recommendations.

  • Provide technical support to clients, designers and internal teams on building systems matters.

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of technical inspection and quality processes within the building systems department.
