Renewable Energy Project Manager

• You hold an Engineering degree to be able to sign electrical projects and installations.
• You provide experience and technical knowledge in the photovoltaic sector (inverters, batteries, protections, low voltage) and/or electrical and HVAC installations.
• You have a business vision and economic orientation, understanding the impact of operating costs on project profitability.
• You are a proactive, decisive, organized person with good communication skills for dealing with suppliers, installers, and the final client.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important company in the renewable energy and installations sector located in the Girona area, which is currently looking to incorporate a Project Manager (photovoltaic) to take on the technical management and signing of the company's projects.

• Technical and project management: Prepare, review, and sign engineering projects, technical reports, legalizations, and official documentation (CIEs, CTAs, procedures with administrations and distributors), mainly for domestic self-consumption projects and general installations.
• Technical reference and incident resolution: Provide technical support to the installation team, resolve doubts, and manage the relationship with suppliers and manufacturers' technical assistance services (SAT). Occasional site visits only in the case of large installations.
• Business vision and cost management: Participate in the preparation of cost breakdowns (material, labor, operation), analyze the gross margin of installations, and optimize processes to improve the company's profitability and efficiency.
• Improvement of procedures: Analyze recurring incidents, standardize technical solutions, and propose continuous improvements in communication between departments.
