Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential.
- Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in accounting or administrative-financial positions.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economic Sciences, Accounting and Finance, or higher vocational training in Administration and Finance.
- Solid knowledge of general accounting and taxation.
The role
The Administration area is a key piece for all these projects to function correctly. Currently, we are looking to bring a person into the team to cover maternity leave.
What you'll do
Among the tasks and functions to be performed in the position are the following:
- Accounting management and bank reconciliation: reconciliation of bank movements, recording of invoices, invoice claims...
- Purchasing management: order management, supplier analysis.
- Budgets and economic-financial analysis: support to the area director in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Tax management: They will support the department in the preparation of the different quarterly and annual forms. Tax filing.
