Project and Innovation Technician

Currently, we are looking for someone who gets involved, who "dives in" to our Ocean :), to develop the position of: Projects and Innovation Technician

Among the TASKS AND FUNCTIONS to be performed in the position are the following:

Design, conceptualize, write, and layout technical proposals for projects, dossiers, or commercial proposals in the areas of sport, children's and youth leisure, and social intervention.

• Prepare technical reports with high technical rigor, clarity, and attractive narrative.
• Perform visual design and layout: Layout final proposals by integrating infographics, diagrams, and professional visual resources through design tools.
• Service design and innovation: Create socio-educational, sporting, and leisure programs, products, and services adapted to the new demands of the market and public administrations.
• Implement participatory methodologies, user-centered design, and agile methodologies for project development.
• Identify and coordinate alliances with suppliers, professional profiles, and the technological or material resources necessary to guarantee project viability
• Configure budgets and resource estimation in an agile manner.
• Incorporate technological solutions as added value within projects.
