Accounting Administrator

• Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting, ADE, or similar studies.
• Previous experience in accounting administration, administrative management, or general accounting positions.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, invoicing, VAT, IRPF, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in the A3RP program or similar accounting management software.
• Mastery of office tools and ERP programs.
• Capacity for organization, autonomy, incident resolution, and document management.
• Good communication skills and customer service.
• Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

• Experience in reviewing payroll and labor documentation is valued.

At Grupo CRIT Interim, a leading company in temporary employment solutions, recruitment, and talent management, we are looking for an Accounting Administrator to join a leading company in Zaragoza on a stable basis. The selected person will progressively assume the administrative and accounting management of the business, replacing a professional who is retiring and who will carry out the initial training process.

Their main functions will be:

• Manage customer and supplier invoicing, as well as the monitoring of collections and payments.
• Perform the accounting of invoices, expenses, and financial movements, guaranteeing correct accounting management.
• Prepare and manage taxes, especially VAT and IRPF, and collaborate in the accounting closing.
• Carry out bank reconciliations, treasury control, and review of financial documentation.
• Review payroll and labor documentation provided by the external consultancy.
• Manage administrative documentation, telephone assistance, and regular communication with customers and suppliers.

• Split shift from Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 13:00 h and 16:00 to 20:00 h
