A leading company in the training sector is looking to hire a COORDINATOR for an important project in the field of culinary services located in Madrid.

What you'll do

We are looking for a coordinator to take on the integral management of the project, from technical and economic control to team coordination and course scheduling. You will be the right hand of the management, providing strategic information and ensuring the fulfillment of objectives and KPIs.

- Coordinate and manage the hospitality school, ensuring the technical and economic control of the project.

- Planning and scheduling of courses, anticipating the needs of the students and the objectives of the project.

- Management of a team of 8-10 people, fostering cohesion and teamwork.

- Supervision of costs and budget control.

- Monitoring of indicators and fulfillment of objectives.

- Close collaboration with management, providing information on job placement, collaborating companies, internships, etc.

- Continuous negotiation with City Council personnel and other stakeholders.

- Apply knowledge of cooking and hospitality for adequate control of processes and costs.

- Maintain relationships and contacts with companies in the sector.

How you'll work

- Salary: 22k + 3k depending on the fulfillment of objectives

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in the management and coordination of educational projects, preferably in hospitality schools or similar. Experience in course planning and educational programming.

- Training: Technical knowledge of hospitality/cooking for the supervision of costs and programs.

- Skills: Ability to lead teams and unify human resources. Result orientation, proactivity, and strategic vision.

Negotiation and communication skills with public and private entities. Ability to make decisions aligned with the project strategy.
