AI Software Engineer

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role.

• Experience in developing web applications with ReactJS.

• Experience in backend development with Python and/or Node.js, including the design and implementation of REST APIs.

• Knowledge of version control with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub or Bitbucket).

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure), infrastructure as code with Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience integrating APIs from Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar).

• Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) will be valued.

• Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and product-oriented software.

• Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

• Native or advanced Spanish.

• Experience developing solutions based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or similar).

• Experience in developing AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Experience in the evaluation and optimization of prompts, as well as the performance of applications based on LLMs.

• Knowledge of observability and monitoring of AI applications.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, microservices, and serverless application deployment.

• Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices.

• Previous experience in technology consulting.

• Native or advanced Catalan.

Design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications based on Generative AI, combining modern software engineering with NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) technologies.

You will work alongside Product, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that integrate AI models within real products.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using modern technologies (Python, Node.js, ReactJS, and Ant Design).

• Design and implement scalable APIs and serverless architectures following best practices in engineering, testing, and code reviews.

• Develop and integrate AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and AI agents.

• Design and implement AI pipelines and optimize the performance of applications based on foundational models and cloud services.

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructures in AWS and/or Azure using Terraform, ensuring secure deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

• Monitor the performance, availability, and scalability of applications in production.

• Collaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions, participating in architecture design and contributing to the team's continuous improvement.
