At ONCE we are launching our Talent Training Program to train professionals in TIFLOTECHNOLOGY AND BRAILLE TECHNIQUES for people with visual disabilities.

Tiflotecnology is the set of techniques, knowledge, and resources aimed at providing people who are blind or have severe visual impairments with the appropriate means to use technology.

What are we looking for?

We have selected for the call for the specialized course in Tiflotecnología and Braille Techniques for people with visual disabilities, 14 candidates who may subsequently opt for a technical position as Tiflotecnología and Braille Instructor whose main role will be to plan and develop Programs of the Communication and Access to Information Service within the framework of the Social Services Model for ONCE affiliated members.

What do we look for in you? (Requirements)

a) Hold a university degree related, preferably, to areas such as teaching and learning processes, as well as knowledge and application of technology, computing, and accessibility. In the case of a foreign university degree, it must be officially recognized in Spain. Such degrees shall be:

* Computer Engineering.

* Electronic Engineering.

* Telecommunications Engineering.

* Industrial Engineering.

* Industrial Design Engineering.

* Mathematical Engineering.

* Pedagogy.

* Psychology.

* Psychopedagogy.

* Teacher.

Area of socio-educational care for people with deafblindness or other disabilities.

Equivalent qualifications according to previous study plans will also be accepted.
