At ONCE, we are looking for an Employment Support Technician for a temporary vacancy in our Employment Support Department, located in Madrid.

What you'll do

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

- Management, monitoring, and analysis of employment data for people affiliated with ONCE.

- Coordination and monitoring of the evolution of specific employment plans implemented by the Employment Support Service, and the preparation of reports collecting and analyzing the conclusions obtained.

- Monitoring and verification of compliance with the agreement for job creation and the implementation of training actions undertaken by the Employment Support Service, as well as coordinating the internal and external audit process of said compliance.

- Design of programs, protocols, employment plans, and other actions aimed at improving the employability of blind people and those with severe visual impairment.

- Providing updated information to employment support specialists and teachers regarding the training, competencies, and skills demanded in the labor market, in order to provide academic-labor orientation that facilitates the future employability of people affiliated with ONCE.

- Attendance at employment fairs, workshops, and congresses.

- Collaboration with other institutions or teams.

- Support and advice to employment support specialists regarding resources, application of methodology, etc.

- Design of resources, research, and training for other internal or external professionals regarding labor matters and visual disability.

- Coordination with other professionals from other areas.
