What we're looking for

- High school diploma, intermediate or advanced vocational training in administrative functions, Commerce or Marketing, or Executive Assistant studies or similar.

- Phone support for internal and external customers to resolve inquiries and incidents.

- Experience in administrative functions.

- Availability to work a split shift, as well as to do so occasionally on weekends.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
