Industrial Workshop Manager - Vigo

At onhunters, we are looking for a Workshop Manager to join an international industrial company specialized in technical services and industrial maintenance.

You will play a key role in the operational coordination of the workshop, technical leadership of the team, and support in operations and interventions, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and customer service objectives.

🚀 What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the workshop, organizing team activities, and actively participating in the technical follow-up of interventions. We are looking for a hands-on professional with technical expertise, management skills, and experience leading teams in demanding industrial environments.

📋 Your main responsibilities will be:

-Coordinate daily workshop activity and workload distribution.

-Oversee the planning and follow-up of technical interventions.

-Provide support to the team in complex issues and technical guidance.

-Manage productivity and the operational organization of the workshop.

-Coordinate purchasing and operational needs for the service.

-Supervise compliance with HSE (PRL) and safety standards.

-Participate in team development: monitoring, feedback, and evaluations.

-Maintain ongoing communication with clients and the commercial department.

-Actively participate in operations when required.

Desde onhunters, buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Taller para incorporarse a una compañía industrial internacional especializada en servicios técnicos y mantenimiento industrial.

Tendrás un rol clave en la coordinación operativa del taller, el liderazgo del equipo técnico y el acompañamiento en operaciones e intervenciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de calidad, seguridad y servicio al cliente.

🚀 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de liderar el día a día del taller, organizando la actividad del equipo y participando activamente en el seguimiento técnico de las intervenciones. Buscamos una figura cercana al terreno, con criterio técnico, capacidad de gestión y experiencia acompañando equipos en entornos industriales exigentes.

📋 Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

-Coordinar la actividad diaria del taller y la distribución de carga de trabajo.

-Supervisar la planificación y seguimiento de intervenciones técnicas.

-Dar soporte al equipo en incidencias complejas y acompañamiento técnico.

-Gestionar la productividad y organización operativa del taller.

-Coordinar compras y necesidades operativas del servicio.

-Supervisar el cumplimiento de PRL y estándares de seguridad.

-Participar en el desarrollo del equipo: seguimiento, feedback y evaluaciones.

-Mantener interlocución continua con clientes y área comercial.

-Participar activamente en operaciones cuando la situación lo requiera.

🎯 ¿Qué ofrecemos?

Contrato indefinido.

Salario fijo entre 40.000 € y 45.000 € + variable anual del 5%.
