Industrialization Technician

• Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization, Electronic Engineering, or similar.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude: If you enjoy learning new things and working in a team, here you will do so every day surrounded by experienced professionals.

• Basic knowledge of tools and programs: SAP, Excel, Blueprint reading, Industrial project management.

• Driver's license and own vehicle so that you can arrive at the workplace on time.

Your work will be essential to coordinate the industrialization of new products, components, and suppliers, guaranteeing an efficient transition from design to manufacturing through close collaboration with the Quality, R&D, and Logistics areas.

• Coordinate the technical validation and quality of new components and materials.

• Monitor initial samples, prototypes, and first series.

• Ensure compliance with internal quality and R&D standards.

• Guarantee the correct implementation and validation of approved changes.

• Lead the industrial approval process for new suppliers.
