Industrial Technician in Valencia

An important multinational in the security sector located in the Valencia area wants to find a match with an R&D Support Technician to support the development of new products and industrialization within the plant.

Reporting directly to the R&D Director, you will have a very cross-functional role combining technical development, industrialization, process improvement, and basic maintenance.

In your day-to-day, you will participate in the initial development of new products, taking prototypes to the plant, performing tests, and validating their behavior. You will be the link between R&D and production, detecting faults and proposing improvements, spending much of your time on the plant floor to optimize processes, working methods, and efficiency. You will accompany the implementation of new products into manufacturing, train operators in new procedures, and perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance. Additionally, you will apply OHS criteria to machinery, collaborate on industrialization and continuous improvement projects, and support the plant in its modernization and growth process following its recent acquisition.
