Technical Service Technician (SAT)

At Supsonik, we are looking to hire a Technical Service Assistant Technician (SAT) to perform the diagnosis, testing, repair, and commissioning of our power electronics equipment, as part of a specialized team that provides technical support to national and international customers and contributes to ensuring the correct operation of high value-added technological solutions.

• Interpretation of blueprints, electrical diagrams, technical documentation, and testing procedures

• Handling of software tools for equipment configuration, diagnosis, and monitoring

• Diagnosis and repair of faults in power electronics equipment both in the factory and at national and international customer facilities

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as Commissioning at customer facilities

• Providing remote technical support to equipment installed at customer sites for incident evaluation, fault diagnosis, and adjustment of operating parameters

• Root cause analysis of incidents and proposal of corrective and preventive actions

• Prepare and report documentation derived from the interventions performed: Service reports including diagnosis, actions taken, and materials used; Internal technical reports and improvement proposals; Technical reports for customers; Cost sheets; Associated technical documentation

• Collaboration with the Technical Office, Production, and Quality departments for incident resolution

• Management and follow-up of assigned repairs and incidents

• Identification of improvement opportunities in products, processes, and procedures, promoting their implementation together with the involved departments

• Attend to and manage incidents and Non-Conformities from internal and external customers, collaborating in the implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure occupational health and safety, complying with established internal procedures and current regulations regarding Occupational Risk Prevention
