🔎 What are we looking for?
We want to bring in a Sales Assistant for our Wituka Ronda C/ Carrera Espinel store with 30 hours with rotating shifts from August 31 to September 27.

📌 Main duties

• Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.

• Handle queries, resolve issues and manage payments at the till.

• Support inventory management, stock control, orders and warehouse.

• Keep the store visual aligned with brand values.

• Know the catalogue, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, shipping times and procedures.

Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.

Queremos incorporar un/a Sales Assistant a nuestra tienda Wituka Ronda C/ Carrera Espinel con 30 horas con turnos rotativos del 31 de agosto al 27 de septiembre.

📌 Funciones principales

• Asesorar y acompañar a las personas clientes durante el proceso de compra.

• Atender consultas, resolver incidencias y gestionar cobros en caja.

• Apoyar en la gestión de inventarios, control de stocks, pedidos y almacén.

• Mantener el visual de tienda alineado con los valores de marca.

• Conocer el catálogo, identidad de marca, materiales de las prendas, tallas, tiempos y operativas de envíos.

Se valorará experiencia previa en atención al cliente y buen nivel de inglés.
