• Experience as a forklift operator and habitual handling of forklifts.
• Capacity to organize and distribute tasks.
• Leadership and communication capacity with the team.

• Intermediate level handling of Excel and Outlook.
• English intermediate/advanced level: necessary requirement.

• Previous experience in coordination or personnel management will be positively valued.

At Logística y Distribución JL Pantoja S.L.U. we are looking to hire a Forklift Team Leader for our workplace in Cártama (Málaga). The selected person will perform functions typical of a forklift operator, participating actively in the daily operations of the warehouse and, additionally, will assume functions of coordination and supervision of the work team.

We are looking for a person with experience in warehousing and forklift handling, who has the capacity to organize and coordinate the team, being a reference for their colleagues and acting as direct support to the direct Manager.

• Perform the usual tasks of a forklift operator within the warehouse.
• Coordinate and distribute daily tasks among the members of the team.
• Supervise the correct development of the work and support colleagues in the daily operations.
• Resolve and communicate any incidents that may arise during the working day.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations.
