The role

Do you have experience in managing and supervising teams in the logistics sector, leadership skills, and a vocation for customer service? If you consider yourself a dynamic, organized person with human management capabilities, a valid forklift license, and you are looking to take on a position of operational responsibility on the night shift, this opportunity is for you! We are looking to hire a professional to act as a service benchmark, coordinating the warehouse team and actively supporting daily operations.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for leading the night shift operations, acting as a service benchmark and participating operationally in the warehouse workflow. Your main functions will be:

Leadership and service benchmark: To be the operational point of reference for the warehouse team and the direct interlocutor with the client on-site, coordinating task distribution and the management of assigned personnel.

Unloading of goods: To supervise and provide operational support in the emptying and unloading of containers and trucks, ensuring the safety and physical integrity of the handled packages.

Sorting and triage: To direct and participate in the process of separating and classifying parcels according to logistics routes, postal codes, or service typology.

Logistics support and forklift: To operate lifting machinery/forklifts for the movement of loads and ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations.

Requirements

Required experience: Minimum 2 years of previous experience performing functions as a Team Leader, Foreman, or Team Manager in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.

Accreditations and essential: To hold a valid forklift license and proficiency in handling logistics machinery.

Skills and competencies: Demonstrated capacity in the management and motivation of human teams, communication skills, and good customer service.

Availability: Total and immediate availability to work the fixed night shift (Monday to Friday from 21:30 h to 06:00 h).

Benefits and conditions

Salary: Remuneration of 23,291.53 — gross annual (for a 40-hour work week).

Contract type: Hiring under the Fixed-Discontinuous modality via commercial contract (stable)

Working day and schedule: Full-time 40-hour work week, on a schedule from Monday to Friday from 21:30 h to 06:00 h.

Start date: Contract start expected for 09/11/2026.
