The role

Leading company in the human resources sector needs to hire 5 people for an important company in the meat industry sector. We are looking for:

- Cutting room assistants (Slaughterhouse) for its branch in Encinas Reales (Córdoba)

The person in charge is responsible for performing cutting, preparation, and processing operations for meat products and preparations, complying with current technical-sanitary regulations.

What you'll do

- Operate the machinery and equipment necessary to carry out the cutting and processing of products.

- Perform the deboning and cutting of poultry.

- Perform the dressing of carcasses to obtain poultry cuts for consumption, as well as non-edible offal, directing them to the designated areas for this purpose.

- Perform the folding, deboning, sorting, packaging, labeling, packing, and weighing of the final product.

- Carry out the processing: sausages, hamburgers, skewers, among others, as production needs require.

- Record the work reports and tasks in Odoo, when necessary, and according to the supervisor's criteria.

- Prepare the poultry for distribution and commercialization.

- Production of consumer products derived from poultry.

- Sort and store the final product for subsequent delivery to customers.

- Handling of by-products, such as poultry skin and intestines, according to the procedures established by the company.

- Clean work tools and utensils.

- Clean and disinfect the cutting area.

- Empty containers of leftover products into the designated bins for this purpose.

- Clean the product storage containers.

- Assemble boxes or containers for bulk sale of the product.

- Stacking and storing containers in the designated areas for this purpose.

How you'll work

- Availability from Monday to Friday from 05:00 to 13:00
