We are selecting a First-Class Butcher or Butcher's Assistant to join a company in the food sector.

What you'll do

Functions:

Cutting and butchering of beef and pork.

Preparation and conditioning of meat cuts.

Cleaning and maintenance of the work area.

Handling and preservation of the product following food safety and hygiene standards.
