Requirements

What we're looking for

- Good command of Microsoft Office

- Driver window assistance

- Proficiency in SAP (valuable)

- A decisive person who knows how to work in a team

- English, level B1 or higher (valuable) (drivers come from different locations)

- Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration or similar studies

- Availability to be able to work any of the 3 schedules

The role

Hello! At Personal 7, we are looking for an administrative assistant for an important logistics company. We need two people with extensive experience in the sector due to the increase in workload from the opening of new sites in the Valencian Community.

What you'll do

Functions to be performed:

- Perform filing tasks

- Control administrative stock

- Enter all documentation into the information systems

- Assistance to carriers at the site

- Prepare internal documents for loading and unloading

- Verify quantities on transport delivery notes and internal counts for both outgoing and incoming goods

- Communicate incidents regarding quantities to IFCO AND attend to their needs

- Entry of washings into the system

- Control of quantity differences in loads or unloads with IFCO

- Inventory control

- Administrative control and management of other washing plants

- Functions derived from the quality management system and occupational health and safety.

How you'll work

Location: Quart de Poblet - Ribarroja del Turia

Shifts: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Contract: Permanent Seasonal (Fijo Discontinuo)
