Job description

We are Grupo Constant, leaders in talent selection and recruitment since 1987, and are we looking for a Quality Technician – Fragrance Industry!?

A company in the perfumery sector, specialized in the manufacture of concentrated fragrances, is incorporating a professional for its Quality Department.

If you are passionate about the world of aromatic raw materials, production processes, and technical control in industrial environments, this could be your opportunity.

? What will your mission be?

Ensure the quality of ingredients and productions, making sure each fragrance meets the highest standards before reaching the client.

✨ Main responsibilities:

Control and validation of raw materials and ingredients.
Supervision of productions and technical processes (overlays, injection of raw materials, formula adjustments).
Evaluation and approval of samples and final batches.
Technical review of orders before shipping.
Continuous coordination with Procurement and Factory to ensure operational excellence.
Management and follow-up of quality documentation.

Work area: Badalona

Contract

Initial contract through a temporary employment agency (3 months).

After this period, if both parties are satisfied, permanent contract with the company permanent contract.

Salary: 30,000 per year
