About the role

We are looking for a QUALITY CONTROL OPERATOR for a perfume and cosmetic products company located in Polinyà.

What you'll do

-Support the Quality Manager in the operational supervision of compliance with procedures.

-Verify the correct implementation of corrective actions, conducting internal audits on the plant floor and collaborating in the investigation and management of customer complaints.

-Ensure the real effectiveness of the system on the plant floor, reinforcing daily control and monitoring.

- Verify on the plant floor the correct implementation of corrective actions.

- Check the effectiveness of the implemented actions.

- Monitor deadlines and evidence.

- Report deviations or delays.

- Participate in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa).

- Audit compliance with operational procedures and PAI.

-Schedule: Mon-Thu 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fri 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
