Growth Marketing Manager

Pixofix is a visual production studio specializing in AI and 3D visuals and high-end retouching for fashion and ecommerce brands. AI tools are fast, but at catalog scale they drift: lighting shifts, colors change, garments distort. We pair AI-accelerated production with a global team of human retouchers who keep output consistent and quality-checked. Our buyers are operations-minded teams who care about consistency and delivery.

You will own Pixofix's go-to-market engine. Your main measure is meetings booked with the right accounts. You will set the strategy, direct the people and partners who execute it, and use data to decide where effort and budget go.

You will take ownership of the whole growth function in a small team, with direct access to Sales and leadership. Your decisions will show up in the numbers quickly.

• Own the demand generation strategy and the pipeline it produces, from messaging and positioning to channel mix
• Oversee outbound: manage our email outbound agency and guide our SDR on follow-up, messaging and lead quality
• Own LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences and targeting
• Oversee performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) together with our paid media specialist: budget allocation, creative direction, testing and results
• Set up and maintain reporting in HubSpot: attribution, funnel conversion, cost per meeting and channel performance
• Work with Sales on qualification feedback, so messaging and targeting improve with every conversation
• Coordinate with our SEO and social teams so organic, paid and outbound support each other and generate pipeline
• Build and manage partnerships that bring qualified buyers and strengthen our positioning
• Test new channels and offers, and stop what doesn't work

Must-have

• 3-5 years in growth, demand generation or B2B marketing, ideally for a services business
• Hands-on experience with email and LinkedIn outbound, and with managing agencies or external partners
• Experience overseeing paid campaigns (Google, Meta and/or LinkedIn) and reading performance data
• Strong HubSpot skills (workflows, lead routing, reporting)
• Working knowledge of SEO and how it feeds a pipeline strategy
• Analytical: you can explain what the numbers say and what to do next
• Professional-level written and spoken English

• Experience marketing a service business (fashion, ecommerce, creative or SaaS)
• Experience with partnerships or referral programs
• Automation experience (n8n, Zapier or similar)
