About the role
We are looking for Junior+ System Analysts to join one of our teams - Transfers, ATM, Core Banking Systems and others. This role involves active participation in the full product development lifecycle with more experienced System Analysts, from initial idea to launch. The specialist will participate in designing technical solutions, including APIs and data models, as well as creating clear technical specifications for development teams.
What you'll do
- Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
- Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products
- Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development
- Creation of technical documentation, specifications and service requirements
- Participation in designing technical solutions considering business needs together with the development team
- Participation in investigating and solving issues on production
- Product development requirements management
What we're looking for
- 1+ commercial experience as a System Analyst
- Basic experience with API, data models and business processes
- UML/BPMN knowledge
- Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specifications for developers
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs; familiarity with gRPC would be a plus
- Basic understanding of system architecture and integrations
- Basic SQL skills, familiarity with PostgreSQL databases
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Nice to have
- Understanding of asynchronous programming patterns, experience working with Kafka
- Experience in fintech or banking products
