Experience: Don't worry if you don't have years and years! We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in sales positions, especially in direct sales or cold calling. Attitude and drive are what matter most!
Sales attitude: You must love selling and enjoy interacting with customers! You are a natural salesperson.
Communication skills: You know how to listen, you express yourself great, and you know how to persuade.
Results orientation: You are motivated by challenges and enjoy reaching your goals (and the commissions that come with them 💰).
Proactivity and energy: You are on the move, you look for opportunities, and you don't back down from a "no".
Desire to learn and grow: You want to train in the security sector and develop professionally with us.
Residency in Barcelona or surrounding areas: So that we are close by! 📍

What will you do with us? 🤔

Your mission will be key: taking our clients' security to the next level! 🛡️ You will be in charge of:

What you'll do

Acquiring new customers door-to-door, demonstrating your sales skills!
Advising customers on the best security solutions adapted to their needs. We want them to be happy and well-protected Prosegur customers.
Presenting and selling our state-of-the-art alarm systems. You will be the sales superstar!
Managing your own portfolio of customers and achieving (and exceeding! 😉) your sales targets.
Follow-up and customer loyalty to ensure their long-term satisfaction.
